Check that you have allowed access to the camera/microphone.
If e.g. Skype, Teams or Zoom are running, close them.
Make sure your camera/microphone is turned on and working.
If the meeting is more than 2 hours away, the remote meeting function is not yet activated. You can always test your browser HERE. If the problem persists, contact your IT department.

In Chrome, there is a camera icon in the address bar after you activate the camera.(far right in the address bar).
